Somos Republicans has had and has actively voiced opposition to Sb 1070 and it's promulgators, Russel Pearce, Kris Kobach and the Tanton Network, since the very beginning. Why? Because the law was unconstitutional and was not intended to address illegal immigration but actually legalize the agenda of harassing Latinos in America so much that they actually depart America, state by state. This was the result of the Tanton Network's bigoted and population control agenda.

For the Tparty and repubs to claim a victory, and claim their racist rant was upheld, is totally incorrect. Of the 4 provisions, 3 were struck down. So, like weapons of mass destruction, death panels, and Cheney telling us "Deficits don't matter" and Iraq was involved with 9/11; such claims are patently false, deliberately misleading, and nothing more than the zealots framing their rhetoric.

While Obama and his Administration have decided that our borders and our population can consist of not only American Citizens (their definition), legal immigrants from anywhere (including states deemed terrorist states) and Illegal immigrants, they are not the first to do so in the last fifty years.
The result is what we have now, just made even worse in the last few days.
The contrast between our non existant immigrant policy and other nations is not only widening but making us the laughing stock of those same nations. They have witnessed the rampant immigration of (e)urope, the total collapse of (e)uropes social structure - not only from their other socialistic practices -but by their total over-run by immigrants (legal or otherwise). It has destroyed them - along with their other follys - to where they are all now failed states (with the exception of the German State, which has its growing problems also.)
Mexico and the other South American states AND the many other terrorist leaning nations are conquering the United States slowly, year by year, legal immigrant by illegal immigrant. Our Nation is already going under from failed/misguided socialist/nanny state policys and programs - from our defunct and dishonest two party system - and our populations being dumbed down and generally not caring about and/or being ill-informed and misinformed by our Media and politicians.
Political Correctness and the insane/selfish wants of our politicians to be elected - re-elected, get rich, be favorite sons...etc. has for the last half century or more, brought us to this "End of Nation".."End of our America as our Founder's intended".
The few years will most likely see something happen that will not be what anyone wants, but what our Founders said could and would happen if Americans were not vigilant.
We have not been vigilant, we have not protected our Republic and it will cost us dearly, and it will be our fault!
