Republican: Straus Should Explain Redistricting Tactics
Updated, 1:40 p.m.:
House Speaker Joe Straus weighed into this with a reply to Rep. David Simpson; in that letter, sent Tuesday, he said, "I stand by the fairness of the House of Representatives' redistricting process." And he repeated some of his original reply to Rep. Trey Martinez Fischer, saying the state is appealing the case and that there are several unresolved legal issues. Before any reader tries to declare Zedler a traitor to the party, just keep in mind that Zedler is a buffoon and a fool rolled into one. Seriously, there is something wrong with this man and no one of any amount of reasonable intelligence takes this clown serious.

Ha! Weren't they awake during redistricting?? Courts have already said redistricting was not proper, nor fair!
Proud Texan
I wonder what Zedler thought about how Craddick and DeLay handled Redistricting the last time? Surely, if he is concerned about the integrity of the process, he had similar concerns. What? He never said a word?! Shocking. Maybe this has more to do with Speaker's race politics than meets the eye.

Both Bill Zadler and Jim Murphy are of the (T) party instead of the (R) party and are working their way into the power chairs in Austin. If you vote for any of these two or anyone else using the scarlet (R), change your vote to (D) as there is no possibility of problems. TEA party operatives have maneuvered their way into local power control and can effect real damage to local infrastructure, planning and money usage. We must change the mix in Austin to effect real change. What is unconscionable are the actions and activities of the TEA-Republican hierarchy the past twenty some odd years. Think carefully before voting, for whom will represent you. It has been proven repeatedly the bigotry, prejudice and biasness are taught by parents, peers and pulpit pounding preachers. Any contest where local control is overseen by TEA-Republican operatives without oversight from the federal government and/or outside investigators is suspect.

Uhhh...Rudy the Tea party did not exist 20 years ago. They have been around three years. And that last sentence in your posting suggests you may be on the same bizarre medication that Zedler and Debbie Riddle must ingest daily to be as wacky as they are.
