That's pretty sorry! I'll bet you he doesn't give the money back.

He'll fit in with well with Chuck Hopson...

What exactly does "attending" a fundraiser mean? Did Strauss actually give Weber any cash?

That's a real shame. I never realized he was anti-Semitic. Straus is the best Conservative Speaker this state has had in decades and Weber has fallen for Sullivan and Venable's astroturf.

@Mac, some of the hot water Straus has been called out for was 'attending' fundraisers for Dems... not a Straus fan, just sayin.

So, let me get this straight. Straus helped Weber raise money, thus Straus believed he had bought Weber’s vote? Just want to make sure I understand how the Straus team operates.
dang
Great to see ignorant race/religion baiting is all Dems like Alice and RINOs have to fall back on. If Reeve writes about donors demanding money back will he come up with an equally imature title like Indian Givers?

Weber also had a roast where convicted felon Tom DeLay was the featured speaker. If you research the man's past you'll see he is one of the more loathsome Republicans around. He just hasn't been as high profile as other sleazebags like Dan Patrick and Wayne Chisum.
