All this to make sure Planned Parenthood doesn't give birth control pills to the poor? You shame me, Texas.

Government intrusion in Texas = war on women

But they say there is no war on women or families. Gov Perry is a disgrace to TX and women and families.

Rick Perry made a laughing stock of himself nationally, totally discredited our state by his inability to think rationally and crashing and burning with trade-mark "Deer in the headlights look". Women health in Texas will take a dive into the bottomless pits of paper work and delays under the guise of Texas' "Streaking Turkey". Texas, Texas women, Texas' economy has taken a hit ever since Tricky Ricky took over the reins. It will be Texas women who will suffer under the new plan and the federal government cannot allow this one-party state ruin what has already been accomplished. Come November, every TEA-Republican in office must be turned out of office. Every thinking Texan, with any cahunas should take up the gauntlet and help kick out the puppeteers' lackies.

Well, cross this program off your list. It won't be here after the next legislature.
Perry is going to take this program over from the feds, prop it up for a year or so for the PR value of being able to thumb his nose at the feds and then simply stop funding it. He'll say that it's not needed after 2014.

And how, pray tell, if the State of Texs is broke, are they going to pay for this.
Of course, they are not planning to.
So the health programs for women will sink the last four inches into the ditch.
Gads, these Republicans who run this State have no honor and no intelligence whatsoever.
I read yesterday that only about twenty-two percent of the of elegible voters in Texas actually get out and vote.
It is due to this fact that this State is in such dep doo doo.
