In Washington, Texans React to Health Ruling
After the high court ruled on Thursday, members of Texas' congressional delegation — and other Texans on hand for the decision — reacted with equal parts joy and outrage. Jenna Barnes from the Medill News Service, the Tribune's parter in Washington, reports.

The conservative Catholics really need to read Pacem in Terris... a encyclical that unquestionably asserts health care as a right to all.

Hopefully most states refuse to create exchanges - they're not required to do so;

Each state has their own uninsured population and each have their own Medicaid program to help their poor or uninsured. Each state is charged with taking care of their uninsured with federal funds.
Florida's governor has already said he would drag his feet and not implement portions until after the election. If your state manages Medicaid federal funding and people are not taken care of properly, then make a change in November to oust the TEA-Republicans in your states and get representation for all the people. States have not begun implementing portions to signal their contempt of federal laws they cannot control. It is known that the TEA-Republicans were for the Health Care Act before they were against it just like the Dream act on immigration.
When the TEA-Republican's can't input wording that would benefit their benefactors, then they become against it. What has happened is too many politicians have been running with a (R), when in reality they are (T)'s. They have cowed down the local and control local level politics where the real power lies and where they can control the monies, power, infrastructure demands and local dissemination of federal funding.
All power is at the local level, and their strength locally can be seen across the nation. Even states have been taken over by the confrontational Treacherous Egotistical Activist(TEA) party. All of the different aspects and points of implementation have benefits for the uninsured and failure or dragging out the plans or planning is gross failure for the people of the states. Every politician voicing or acting to minimize federal laws like the Health Care Act should be targeted for expulsion from office no matter what level they hold office or party they claim.

So even if you somehow make Obamacare 'go away', what about the 25 percent in Texas that are uninsured and will get healthcare--maybe at an emergency room or doctor's office for 'free'...somebody's still paying for that, those with insurance and those who own property.

Here is the GOP's plan. They don't care about the uninsured. http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2012/07/mcconnell-coverage-for-30-million-uninsured-not-the-issue.php

The GOP want tort reform but as Texans can clearly see, tort reform has done nothing in Texas to decrease costs of health care or health care premiums. Complete BS. All tort reform is restrict access to the court for legitimate claims.

Guess which state has the least uninsured? Mass because they have RomneyCare which is the model for ObamaCare.
