Federal Judge Rules Health Care Reform Unconstitutional
A federal judge in Florida has ruled that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act — the federal health care reform that was signed into law in March — is unconstitutional, largely because it forces all Americans to purchase insurance or face penalties.
“Today’s ruling represents a victory in the ongoing effort to end federal intrusion into the lives of every American through this one-size-fits-all approach to health care reform," Gov. Rick Perry said in a statement.

There are 2 problems here -- First why is OK for Texas to mandate that I have car insurance but TX sued to say the feds cannot mandate that I have health insurance? Second, Since my daughter has a genetic conditions that insurance companies consider OK to deny coverage for, I hope this judge will pay her medical bills. Because unless everyone has to buy insurance, the economics for insurance companies to not deny coverage do not work
