Another 99%
pxccessive Population influx, means higher prices for all infrastructue, unless the newbee's pay for it directly. Large rebates for Mr. Middleclass, for solar collectors can help subdue, these costs. But with the current Perry administration, they are centered in plundering the population for energy profits. Hold onto your back pockets folks.
