"Wholly deficient" is one way to put it.

As a resident of Williamson County I want to see these officials prosecuted.

Good for you Joy! It would be nice to see Wilco stand up for justice!

These men are morally repugnant but the law is tilted in their favor. There's little chance a judge will do anything that might embarrass one of these men. It's kind of reminiscent of how the Justice Department refused to consider charges against Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld or a myriad of others who committed war crimes. At that level they all look out for each other.

Those who violate the public trust must not be provided with a free pass or all trust in our institutions will inevitably errode. We must be assured of the value of Judicial oversight or we shall be forced to return to tar and feathering and inevitably extra-judicial vigilante executions.

Mike Davis and Ken Anderson, could they have 25 minutes of your time for the 25 years of Morton's time spent behind bars?
