The U.S. Border Patrol's gritty and graphic effort to turn young Texans away from narco-trafficking. Coming soon to a classroom near you?

U.S. Border Patrol agents launched Operation Detour this year in an effort to shock kids away from Mexican drug cartel recruiters. The graphic films, which have now been shown to more than 60,000 students on the Texas-Mexico border, depict teens getting arrested, shot and even burned alive after getting involved in the narcotrade.

Now, the Border Patrol is expanding the program across the entire southwest border. Here's a sample of what's coming to schools near the border.
