Residents Sue Commercial Water Driller

The Trinity Edwards Springs Protection Association has filed suit to prevent Houston-based company Electro Purification from pumping Trinity Aquifer water to Hays County.

The Trinity Edwards Springs Protection Association has filed suit to prevent Houston-based company Electro Purification from pumping Trinity Aquifer water from Hays County. The group, made up of Hays County residents, formed to stop the company from threatening their wells through the unregulated pumping of millions of gallons of water per day from the aquifer.
