Four organizations concerned with water issues provided their perspectives at the request of Texas Water Journal on new laws and changes to the state's water policy enacted by the Legislature during the 2015 session. Those organizations offering opinions, which were independent of the TWJ, were the Texas Water Conservation Association; the Sierra Club, Lone Star Chapter; the Texas Alliance of Groundwater Districts; and the Texas Water Infrastructure Network.
