Conservation District Explains New Water Bill

The Barton Springs/Edwards Aquifer Conservation District now has a new web page to explain the issues dealt with in HB 3405, regarding the district's annexation of the unregulated "white zone" of the Trinity Aquifer in Hays County.

The Barton Springs/Edwards Aquifer Conservation District now has a new web page to explain the issues dealt with in House Bill 3405, regarding the district's annexation of the unregulated "white zone" of the Trinity Aquifer in Hays County. HB 3405, which awaits final action by Gov.
