Wichita Falls to Turn Wastewater Into Drinking Water

Following three years of extreme drought, the city of Wichita Falls has turned to the extreme measure of drawing from wastewater for half of its drinking water. The city has already imposed severe restrictions on water use, including no irrigation from potable water and a prohibition on refilling empty swimming pools. (NPR)
