A Wisconsin Republican state lawmaker has introduced a bill that would require K-12 education to include coursework preparing students to be financially literate by graduation. The bill, which would require similar training during college orientations, faces opposition from some K-12 educators who say it should be up to schools to decide whether they require students to take those classes.
