Teacher of the Year: Ideal Time to Become an Educator

Despite the meager pay and lack of societal support, 2015 Teacher of the Year recipient Shanna Peeples said the benefits of teaching are enough to call a new generation of educators to the profession.

Despite challenges that include meager pay and a lack of societal support, 2015 Teacher of the Year recipient Shanna Peeples said the benefits of teaching are enough to call a new generation of educators to the profession.
