Interactive: Texas House Redistricting Proposal

State Rep. Burt Solomons, R-Carrollton, has drawn a proposed redistricting map (known as Plan 153) that would change the political composition in Texas House races across the state. This table lists the average margin of victory in all contested, statewide races with major-party candidates during 2008 and 2010 elections. It also lists how the newly drawn districts would have performed. Sort the table by rank to see which districts changed the most under the proposal.
