The human traffickers are really speaking out and revealing that there really is a visa already available but it has too much red tape. The rest of us need to just shut up and let the occasional IA let a dead or raped citizen be the legitimate overhead costs of their convenience.

deportation and jail cost more time and taxpayer $$, so how about a fine that could be paid over time?

Are the individuals and corporations that hire illegal immigrants being held to the same standard?

The process to obtain the visa may be a lot of red tape. What is not these days. 12M-20M though?

We Already have 12 mil,,,,, I say 20 mil guest workers already,,, how many more do we need? The problem is they never go home and are perpetual guests. They will only work agricultural jobs until they can get something better,,,, at the expense of another American , and still never go home.
Not much different than coming home one day to find a family has moved into your house while you were working and there is nothing you can do to get rid of them. They take your house , your job , and when you complain you are called an uncompassionate racist. What a country huh,,, no wonder everyone wants to come here.

@david Spratt - wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the lies, rhetoric, and race baiting of posts like yours and my fave, gypsy. If not for the angry rhetoric and lies of the tea party fanatics, President Obama's re-election would not have so overwhelming. and while you can take solace in the election af fanatics like Cruz, enjoy this while you can. There is a new day coming for Texas, one where the likes of Cruz, Cornyn, and Perry's service will no longer be needed. Soon the likes of these bigots will be sent packing back to Perry's hunting camp and conveniently be forgotten.
