Feds Announce Details on Deferred Action
Immigrants brought to the country illegally by their parents will likely not face prosecution or other repercussions — and neither will their families — if they apply for a new federal program that allows them to avoid deportation, federal officials said Friday.
Under a policy shift announced in June, certain illegal immigrants beginning Aug. 15 can apply for what the government calls deferred action. It would release them from deportation proceedings and allow them to apply for work permits. The renewable status will lasts two years.

Let's see, the federal government make arrangements for undocumented to stay in country if they apply for a new federal program to avoid deportation. The undocumented have to jump through hoops and dot every (i) to make arrangements. Working with lawyers many could make arrangements, but are wary. And along come Lamar Smith, a San Antonio TEA-Republican, trying to put words int Obama's mouth which is an outright lie! Lamar Smith is a bigoted, right-winged, fringed, racist in the vein of Ron and Rand Paul. Unemployed American's and Texans have grossly unrepresented by the fringed, bigots running the state of Texas! The 23 million unemployed American's have been grossly let down by the 112th Congress, who to date have enacted no jobs legislation. The current House's enacted legislation's are:
HR 2273 removes coal ash regulation from the EPA and hands it to the states, Where local TEA party can control the EPA.
HR 2681 would put a legislative stay on cement manufacturing emission standards, Where local TEA party can control the EPA.
HR 2250 would put a legislative stay on EPA boiler MACT rules, Where local TEA party can control the EPA.
HR 2401 would require analysis of all EPA regulations relating to air, waste, water and climate change, Where local TEA party can control the EPA.
HR 2018 would restrict EPA from issuing any revisions to existing water standards or issuing a new standard for a pollutant if the state has already adopted one or there is an existing standard in place. In other words, ignore any new scientific research after an initial standard has been set.
HR 2021 amends the Clean Air Act to open oil and gas exploration off the Alaska coast.
HR 910 strips the EPA of authority to regulate greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act, a direct assault on efforts to limit man-made contributions to climate change.
HR 872 expands the use of pesticides, fungicides and rodent without EPA approval.
HR 1231, which would require the Administration to allow offshore oil and gas drilling and exploration in order to meet set domestic production goals, effectively forcing the moratorium on offshore drilling to be lifted to meet goals.
HR 1229 requires the Energy Secretary to consider any offshore drilling permits within 30 days of receiving it and provide application denials in writing within 60 days of the application. Another "forced moratorium lift" bill.
HR 1230 forces sales of oil leases in the Gulf of Mexico and Outer Continental Shelf of Virginia. It also lifts requirements for environmental impact statements and grandfathers in a 2007 document as authority for environmental impact.
HR 1904 proposes an exchange of land so that Resolution Copper, LLC can mine copper on what is now part of the Tonto National Forest.
HJ Res 37 is a resolution of disapproval on net neutrality.
HR 2587 prohibits the NLRB from restricting where an employer can locate. This is in response to the NLRB's objection to the Boeing plant relocation to South Carolina, a right-to-work state.
Let me ask again. Where are the jobs, just plain jobs with out other stipulations or EPA curbs? Where are the JOBS?

Rudy, you think the Dems really care about you or your illegal friends? All they want is your vote, if you have one? The Blacks found this out. They voted for Obama by better than 95%, and what has he done for them? NOTHING. They will vote for him again , and he will do nothing for them again. The reality is he has even less reason to do anything for them this time since he will not face reelection again. The hard truth that many new Hispanics and definitely the illegal population does not understand is that the Dems have enslaved minority populations through the devious use of Great Society programs. Most of you , not having any understanding of American History , do not understand you are voting for a party to which you will become indebted and will never be able to escape. The Democratic party is the party of racism and poverty. These two things are critical to their survival. They have been promising for 50 years that poverty and racism will be eliminated ,,, but it will always take just a little longer and just a little more money. You can sell your soul to the devil for an immediate gratification today, but what will be the outcome into the future?
They have always given people enough to keep them coming back for more, but never enough for them to become totally independent. Poverty in the inner cities , crime , joblessness , and drugs are a direct result of this policy. The Sharptons, Jacksons, Rangles, Farakahms have built their lives and careers around this. Do you really think they would want racism and poverty to be eradicated and disappear? What would they do then? They would lose all importance and relevance . They would be yesterdays news. NO they perpetuate, fuel and egg this mentality onward on the one hand , and fight against it on the other. In effect it insures them job security and feeds their egos at the same time.
They welcome the Hispanics into the fold. They can be manipulated just as easily as the black community has been for years. Once you have willingly signed up to be a slave it is hard to regain your freedom.
I think this quite amusing. Now 1 million people who were previously locked out of many jobs, some requiring a certain amount of higher education and legal authorization to work ,, will now be able to compete for those jobs. Quite a few people who were among the ones claiming illegal aliens were beneficial and had no ill effect on peoples jobs,,,, OTHER PEOPLES JOBS,,, will now see their jobs as in jeopardy. Just because they did not work in construction or could get their yard mowed cheap ,, it was all good. Lets see how they feel about it in the future when they have to compete with an additional million + people for that job. And don't forget the 2 million per year legal immigrants who will definitely work for less than you will.
And remember the bulk of these illegals live in Texas and California. Also the instant they get their green cards they can now legally access every government assistance program. Instant Medicaid, food stamps, government loans and so on. $465 for legal status and the ability to legally have every privilege and advantage except the right to vote of every other American . Man what a deal. Good luck to those of you who were previously immune and safe in you jobs. No more, the door has been opened and there will be more. This is just a first step in total amnesty for 20 million more.

Evidently, those tax payers are mostly white with the "black community" utterly dependent on this system. Absurd No, he will tell you the Democrats are the party of racism, yet it is the republican who are regurgitated Dixiecrats, and widely regarded as the party of white men. Not to mention the blatant racism at tea party rallies, and this Governor's Hunting ranch's original name. No, democrats have fought for civil rights, and ending poverty for "50 years" just so Sharpton, Rangel, Farrakhan, and Jackson can have a job. Because if you read between his lines, "those people" have been gaming the system, and now plan to do it for the Hispanic community like we did for "the blacks" . These veiled statements are offensive, and designed to distort the truth that these very programs have effectively attacked the effects of poverty by ensuring children and the poor have food, education, and access to healthcare.
So David, if we democrats are all about taxing white people in order to give it away to the minorities, what's with all the scare tactics over everyone's job? No Dale as a matter of fact the largest number of freeloaders riding the welfare train are young white females. And once again pray tell what race are Illegals and what country do they come from? Some people are quite happy ,,, although they complain they do not have enough at the same time,,, to only rise to the level allowed by what the government gives them . Their social and economic status is determined and set by their allotment and remains static as long as that allotment remains the same.
We are told that typically Illegals take jobs Americans will not do and that do not pay a living wage.I would presume this includes all Americans who claim they cannot find a job and find that making use of the assistance programs as a generational way of life attractive.
If this is so then how do they survive taking these jobs Americans cannot live off of? I would suspect it takes just as much food and water to maintain a Salvadorian , Mexican or a Chinese person as it does any American Citizen. They have to live somewhere and do they sell gasoline electricity or water cheaper to them? Do they get sick any less than Americans? Their children go to school and cost the same amount to feed, house and clothe as any other child if you reduce it to the lowest common denominator.
It would stand to reason that if this is true,,, and the President and his men tell us it is so,,, then We The People are subsidizing their living expenses in some manner. We are told we need these illegal workers to fill the void in jobs where Americans cannot make enough to live off of. Then how do they do it?
If we need more teachers and we are told we do,,,, Then there are supposedly many young illegals who have been going to our colleges and have obtained higher educations but just lack documentation to work. I would suggest we hire them as teachers. Many must speak numerous languages , they will work for much less than the ones we have now and they probably will be grateful enough for the jobs to not ask for many perks and benefits. We could probably hire them two for one. This would get them jobs that Americans will do and would pay them enough to survive on their own without being subsidized by the taxpayer. Oh wait a minute ,,, we are paying for that too....At least we will save some money and pay much less for twice as many. I am sure they can also fight fires and patrol the streets also.

We have seen downplay of both political parties, the media of the unseating of Indiana Senator Richard Lugar to by a Tea Party leader Senate nominee Richard Mourdock, then just this week And now TEA PARTY favorite Ted Cruz (R) took out Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, for the outgoing seat of Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison. Yet another Republican has bitten the dust, replaced a true TEA PARTY supporter. Both hard core Democrats and the Republicans should be very uneasy, very apprehensive indeed about incumbent politicians who despairingly are lost for words TEA PARTY growth? The TEA PARTY, which backs Ted Cruz, stated that the race is a premonition for the country. Seems to me that ordinary Americans have seen an alternative to both political parties in the TEA PARTY ranks?
In another congressional primary, Republican U.S. Rep. Tom Petri, who has served in Congress for more than 30 years, faces TEA PARTY challenger Lauren Stephens, who has raised only $6,000 and is running a low-profile campaign. Ted Cruz didn’t have a huge campaign chest of money, but he still beat Dewhurst who provided millions of dollars of our own money. This would be a good time for every TEA PARTY members to stand with Stephens and other TEA PARTY leaders to stand firm against Petri. On her webpage, she proposes eliminating the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) because of ineptitude and costs, enforcing policies against illegal immigration and making the nation's official language English. She has stated “Having an official language is makes common sense and builds common ground."
In Wisconsin next week Businessman Eric Hovde, is running his first race, charging that former Gov. Tommy Thompson isn’t a true conservative. Former U.S. Rep. Mark Neumann, a home builder and former congressman casts himself as the most conservative candidate, and is looking for support from the TEA PARTY. Then State Assembly Speaker Jeff Fitzgerald has slipped in raising money, but hopes voters remember his role in passing the conservative ideology in the Legislature.
The most dangerous personage in the Democratic Senate is the toxic tongue of Harry Reid of Nevada. Then you have to remember that Nevada has been flooded with illegal aliens and so this ancient Democrat is pandering with utmost zeal to all none citizens. He has derailed cloture in numerous laws, such as the enforcement immigration policies. We need to crowd as many new TEA PARTY members inside the Senate, to stifle the Liberal-Democrats and extract them from their seats of power.
LOOK AROUND YOU AND SEE WHAT EITHER THE DEMOCRATS OR REPUBLICANS HAVE DONE FOR THIS COUNTRY? Instead of voting for the same old incumbents or even new faces that are representing either party, investigate who is your local, state or federal TEA PARTY candidate?
If I told you 5 years ago that America would elect a man who did the following, you would have called me extreme. Read the short list and then tell me I’m nuts: Kowtows to foreign dictators; Promises Russia (not America) he can do more when he is elected; Pushing the United Nations to grab our guns; Creating the biggest “Tax And Spend Plan” (ObamaCare) in America history for freeloaders; Highest unemployment since the October 1929 Wall Street crash; Denies self-esteem to small business owners, claiming they didn’t build their own business?
It is becoming excruciatingly clear the Tea Party must take the lead! Obama, “America’s President” is the product of a secret system of sedition and trickery. The problem is, it is within his reach and most of the Washington Socialist Czars have applauded his actions! Are they blind or stupid—or both? Our guns confiscated once and for all, U.S. dollar replaced with global government currency similar to the failing EURO in European Union. All domestic oil drilling stopped, giving places as Brazil and other countries a right to sell us oil. Then currently a burst of regulations from Environmental Protection Agency has closed down coal mines, even though these entities have spent millions to deliver clean coal. American industry is inundated with rules and regulation forcing oil, natural gas, coal to genuflect the crazies in the environmental entities that have brought our energy supplies to almost a halt. Obama’s focus seems directed at the U.S. border, so it ceases to exist when closing down important ports of entry. IF, if Obama gets reelected, we can be assured another 100 percent amnesty for all illegals, which could cost us at least 2 trillion dollars to process—that’s according to a projection of Heritage foundation? Homeownership swapped for government housing. A bloated Public school system, with social services replacing parents; Tea Party—and anyone who opposes the “new rule”—black listed and intimidated as seen not only in Arizona but silently encroaching to other 50 states. It is time to expose “America’s President.” But, you CAN stand in the way of his power grab for America.
I have no devotion to Mitt Romney’s administration, and the serious danger of re-electing President Obama is very tangible. He will want to keep paying out taxpayer’s money to Americans who have no interest in seeking a job or in fact never bothered to work in their lives; the exclusion being attributed to the sick and handicapped. The only real alternative is the TEA PARTY, which is gathering massive amounts of voters as a storm of confidence in a PEOPLES WASHINGTON, instead of the old guard of Republicans and their opposites. Any individual can join the TEA PARTY, as long as they are here in the United States legally. The TEA PARTY is a ‘political Statement’ about a federal government that has run amok of the U.S. Constitution, which has nearly bankrupted this country.
A major problem that neither party wants to talk about, is our nation infested with common criminals from across our borders or flying in and posing as visitor, with no intent to leave. Every day the amount of illegal alien drunken drivers keeps rising, mowing down innocent family members. But it’s not crime rate just rising in the Southwest, but the spreading of these people bringing with them their odious records from across the globe. Under each of the main parties nothing will be done, as they are under the strict influence of the corporate purveyors of cash or the insane zealots who wants open borders and the broad spread of poor foreigners who want a better life, which our spineless politicians think we are beholden too.
The TEA PARTY would insist on two immigration policies being approved though the Senate and House of Representatives. But more TEA PARTY leadership must gain more seats in Congress, which seems to be actually happening? Plenty of these moderate conservatives and true believers in our U.S. Constitution are ready to influence the other lawmaker’s to enact policies that assist out of work Americans. It will open up jobs for millions of low income Blacks, Hispanics, Whites, Asians and all other nationalities lawfully here. It is passed time we enacted the ‘Legal Workforce Act (H.R. 2885) and the Birthright citizenship Act (H.R.140)? Isn’t it time that the state of Arizona, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and other in the 50 states protect their state borders? Each law essential to structure our immigration policies, once again gain a steel gauntlet on our immigration policies. The Birthright Citizenship law has been mutated, as it didn’t mean that anybody who reached into America could gain citizenship, as it only was only an avenue for the emancipation of slaves after the Civil War.
Retain this information that none citizens will be voting in November, if Obama’s Liberals get there way the ‘freeloaders will reward him with their votes. One should also determine for themselves if Obama has a right to a second term. I cannot judge for anybody but myself and I have afforded the time as an Independent and a TEA PARTY associate to read the evidence concerning the birth records of Barack Obama. There are many irregularities to his family backdrop, that has some disquieting concerns for me, but THE PEOPLE should interpret about the facts of the investigation and then vote for that reason.
