A registration badge is required for admission to the 2014 Texas Tribune Festival and any related activities. Register now online at the current fee. Your email confirmation will include instructions for picking up your badge on-site at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center on the UT-Austin campus. Registration hours at the AT&T Center

Friday, Sept. 19, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 20, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 21, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.


Registration fees can be paid with MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If payment will be made by purchase order, you can complete your online registration form and request an invoice. Note: Your registration will not be confirmed (and you cannot submit a hotel request) until you add the purchase order number to the online registration saved in your Texas Tribune Fest Shopping Cart.

When you register, remember to book your hotel reservation online through the Housing Desk.

Hotels

The Texas Tribune Festival has contracted blocks of guest rooms for registered Festival attendees at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center and the Hampton Inn & Suites Austin @ the University/Capital. A limited number of rooms are available at these special rates. We encourage you to book your hotel when you register because hotels are very likely to sell out.

These rooms can only be reserved through the TribFest Housing Desk after you have registered for the conference.

After you register online and your registration is paid for (or a purchase order number has been associated with the registration) your Tribune Shopping Cart will display a link to the hotel requester.

You’ll be required to provide a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation and to process the non-refundable $6 booking fee.

Parking

Discounted parking at the AT&T Center garage (1900 University Ave., Austin, TX 78705) is offered to all Festival attendees for $9 per day. Vouchers can be purchased at the Texas Tribune Festival info desk on the second floor of the AT&T Center.

Additional parking is available in the Brazos Garage on Brazos Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, and the Trinity Garage on the corner of MLK and Trinity Street.

All venues are on the UT-Austin campus and are ADA-accessible.

Shuttles

Although all Festival venues are within easy walking distance on the UT-Austin campus, shuttles will be provided to transport Festival attendees to each venue between panels. An ADA-accessible shuttle will be available. The shuttle route will service all Festival venues on Saturday, Sept. 20, and provide transportation to the Opening Night Party on Friday, Sept. 19.
