Texas Tech University is the first stop on The Texas Tribune College Tour. The day-long program will feature T. Boone Pickens in conversation with editor Evan Smith; a dialogue between Land Commissioner Jerry Patterson and his Democratic opponent, State Senator Hector Uribe; a roundtable discussion on the future of journalism with Tribune reporters; and a civic engagement fair.
