Join The Texas Tribune and In the Flow at the University of Houston on Oct. 1 for a lunchtime panel discussion with Laura Huffman, the Texas state director of the Nature Conservancy, and state Rep. Allan Ritter, chairman of the Texas House Natural Resources Committee, on the 2013 ballot initiative on state spending for water infrastructure.

Join the Tribune and In the Flow at Texas Christian University on Oct. 22 for a lunchtime panel discussion with with Carlos Rubinstein, chairman of the Texas Water Development Board, and state Rep. Eric Johnson, vice chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee, on the 2013 ballot initiative on state spending for water infrastructure.
