I have little doubt that tens-of-thousands of legal and illegal immigrants vote illegally in federal elections...some accidentally, and many on purpose; and that tens-of-thousands of dead people still vote due to voter fraud; and that tens-of-thousands of people vote more than once...thanks to the brazenly partisan election staffs in large cities.
Voter fraud has been a Texas problem ever since LBJ won his first senatorial bid in the 1940's...when a mysterious stuffed ballot box from south Texas put him over the top.
