Perry Launches Pro-Texas Business Tour in California

Californians heard from Texas Gov. Rick Perry on radio airwaves this week. Next week, they can expect to see the man himself, pitching Texas as the business frontier to high tech, insurance and film industry leaders throughout the Golden State.

Perry will begin his recruitment road trip on Sunday, traveling to San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Orange County. He will return to Texas on Wednesday, according to a schedule released Thursday.

Perry's play on CA business is slimy. His moves in Texas are deplorable. He stretches the truth and his campaign ads contain outright lies. He is nothing to be proud of...but what he says about CA is true. Their school kids test worse than ours; the cost of living there is atrocious; and the tax burden will slowly eat away at them and make even the sunny days seem dreary.

GOV. PERRY : You need to get after our Problems here in Texas and Forget Problematic Californians ; Who cares about them ???? You ??? Gov.
