Texas House Speaker Joe Strauss is just talking TEA-speak about flexibility from Washington to allowing Texas Legislators to move the money to and for their supporters. His TEA-speak of adding some Texas definitions is to have that bag of federal money without any restrictions, rules or requirements. Every cent must be paid on behalf of those on Medicaid and added to Medicaid. That is what Strauss and Rick Perry really want. To be able to reward contributors with plush high waged administrative positions while executing their draconian less-compassionate use of funds for those most needy. President Obama has already won in Texas with the middle class and those who would directly benefit from enhancement of Medicaid. Ethnic diversity, disillusion with the antics of the TEA-Republicans and better representation with undoing of gerrymandering has already benefited the middle class and Obama will go down as the catalyst for taking Texas blue. It's just a matter time!
