Sorry rice farmers. We have a spending problem. We can't afford this. Governor Dumbass and Bill Hammond want tax cuts. Try switching to wheat.

But what about the bays, etc. that need an inflow of FRESH WATER to stay health enough to be the breeding grounds for all those fish and shrimp we love to catch and eat? The LCRA can certainly expect to have to spend a long, long time at the EPA and in the courts providing that this plan will not harm them. Good luck!
