No private entity should have the right to condemn property in Texas. The real fair market value is never realized. Take the pipelines running through the Houston area. Most are on land that is valued from $4-100.00 per sq. ft. If you take my property, then I should receive like property in return that I can realize the increased value of in 2-25 years, not the $1-2.00 a sq. ft. of today's value. Land is irreplaceable.....

This farmer needs to get over himself & not bother the pipeline!

That would be herself....Maybe it would bother yourself if it went through your mother's house. Maybe it's alright to just kick her to the curb because this big private corp needs to make more money?

me me -- this country needs the PIPELINE for JOBS, and to cut our oil dependency from foreign lands plus it would lower gas prices! You can use your green power windmails if you wish!

Mike Adams, you seem to have more than a passing interest in other peoples affairs and your opinion of what someone looks like reveals that you are nothing but a "Republican". I hate to cuss but you need your little rear paddled. Born with a silver spoon? Ladies, get some grit. Don't raise sons like this one. No respect for women, no respect for justice and fairness, no respect for property lines.
