In an exclusive sit-down with the Tribune, University of Texas System Chancellor Francisco Cigarroa contradicted published reports questioning the job security of UT-Austin President Bill Powers. Powers had reportedly angered UT regents with his comments following their vote against raising the school's tuition.

First, kudos to Evan Smith for getting this interview and conducting it so rigorously.
Second: notice when his interviewee looks up and to his right, as though searching for an answer. These were invariably moments when Powers' job security came up.
