Rick Perry has taken $1 Million out of the Enterprise Fund and given it to Dow Chemical.
Dow announced recently they are planning to spend $1.7 BILLION to expand its chemical operations at its Freeport, Texas complex.
Why did Rick Perry think we, as taxpayers, should be giving that much money to Dow Chemical.? ?
Is it because Dow is a "start-up" operation.?
Dow is broke and needs to get back on its feet.?
Or.. is Rick Perry stashing one million bucks at Dow Chemical so this money will come back to him in political contributions.
