Are you going to give equal time to her opponent, Dr. Mark Shelton. A responsible journalist would. BUT this is the Texas Tribune and responsible journalism is second to the Liberal agenda.

Davis is out of her pretty little mind and soon will be looking for another job.

Mac, Wendy Davis doesn't have an opponent yet. Mark Shelton has a contested Republican primary. When the primary is over and if/when he's the nominee, we'll have him come in for an interview.

Making all tax exemptions subject to sunset reviews is a sound practice, no matter what your political affiliation is. There is a case to be made for bringing all parts of the tax code under mandatory periodic review.

Thank you Tribune for interviewing someone who opposes Rick Perry and his group of religious theocrats and Tparty zealots in their attempts to gut our state government. While two of the comments here would have you silence any differing view, I would like to express my appreciation for this (and opposing) interviews. Wendy Davis is a intelligent and compassionate leader who has the courage to stand up to the political bullies and Tparty dogma that was our most recent legislature. There is little surprise these dogma driven opponents would attack not only Ms. Davis, but also the Tribune for offering an opposing viewpoint. These are the very people who argue for the free market system, except when it comes to ideas that is different than their belief. Then it becomes the "liberal agenda" and irresponsible journalism.
