Ken Anderson should resign and must be tried. This is a rotten person and should be out of our justice system. Makes me sick I live in Willianson County with people like him.

Ken Anderson should be fired and a full investigation should be conducted in every case he has been involved with. I am sure his climb to the top was spattered with mishandled and concealed info all along the way.
Ken Anderson you are a bad person and your legacy is that of corruption and disgrace. You were once an honorable man with good intentions but you knowingly destroyed a man's life just to advance your own career. SHAME ON YOU.

The liklihood is that ken Anderson was and still is a very good and honourable man. There is an inquiry to be held in Sept. which may tell you folks a lot that you don't know. You are too quick to judge Anderson. What incredible irony there is in that.

Get Rusty Hardin off this case! He's not qualified, he's too costly, he's part of the good old boy system. And, he's the reason for all the delays in this case. Justice delayed is justice denied!

Public radio talked about this case today (April 28) in Oregon, the first I've heard of it. The program said the D.A.. and prosecutors did not disclose exculpatory evidence to the defense because there was no law requiring them to. That's like saying there's no law against adultery, therefore it's fine and dandy. Not only was an innocent man found guilty because the jury was cheated out of all the evidence, but another young mother was murdered because the guilty man was still free. Thank goodness most of the comments about this case in the Tribune are from outraged Texans. One often gets the impression from the news that Texans are bloodthirty, with justice an afterthought. Keep fighting to remove Judge Andersen. He doesn't belong in a position of power in the legal system.

This narcissistic unethical excuse for lawyer for Willianson County and the State of Texas should be tried his crimes against Michael Morton and then charged with the murder of Debra Masters Baker and sentenced to 25 years in prison without the possibility of parole. The people of Willianson County should hang their heads in shame for electing and promoting this monster.
