I'm glad to see that someone is bringing attention to this fact! Our roads have been going downhill even before this recent boom. It's hard to keep decent shocks on your car for all the potholes left by these trucks!

Seems like the state should have some funds available if they have collected close to 8 billion in taxes, but I guess that is not enough for them. More taxes and fees will only be passed along to the consumer in higher energy costs. It is a problem,,, but blaming the energy companies when they are paying billions and employing hundreds of thousands of people is not totally fair.
