Amazing. Utterly amazing. We don't call John Bradley the "morphing DA" for nothing.

Some in positions of power inflate their egos to the point where their decisions and actions become unethical and cruel. The legal immunity provided to Texas judges and prosecutors by our Legislature is partially to blame; it’s become ego-catalyst with horrific results as we’ve seen in the Michael Morton and Debra Baker cases. Fortunately, not all public servants are like Mr. Bradley and his friend, Judge Anderson. Governor Perry has been speaking of insider-trading immunity in Washington. We need Rick Perry to shift his focus back to Texas on this issue of immunity. Just this week, Governor Perry stated that giving authority to the wrong people is "like giving whiskey and car keys to a teenager." I agree with Governor Perry.
