Your graphic is wrong. Aransas County, not Arkansas.

Does this guy judge from a double wide or a single?

Bill, It was a beating. He may not be punished on earth but he will be punished by his Maker.

No need for criminal court here. Run him thru the Family Court machine. They will have no mercy. ---Domestic Violence Registry, removal of his younger daughter from his custody, supervised visitation, child support, removal from the bench, ...and, as he knows, no evidence is required. Additionally, he will never be able to remove his name from the DV Registry.

In different stories it states that his daughter was or is disabled, is this true?
If so was she disabled at the time of the beating? The Statute of Limitations is 10 yrs for a crime committed against a disabled person, be it a child or an adult. So if what I have read is true and she was disabled at the time of the crime then felony criminal charges should be filed against this jerk.

He did the right thing, the little lady is now doing something to hurt her dad and she is not using the belt, her dad never revealed what she did wrong which is probably pretty bad except she can't accept it yet. Yes little lady you probably deserved what you got, and now you are wrong about hurting your dad. The power of the pen is mightier than the sword and you are holding the pen. Shame on you, and grow up before you hurt anyone else.
