Anything to make sure maximum $ flow to education in general. Makes it certain there will not be enough, there never is, and a valid argument for additional funds . I love how he dances around and wants to mix in the legal anchor babies into the conversation. The in State tuition question does not affect anchor babies, only outright Illegal Alien children. His statement claiming many of them are legal citizens is inaccurate and deliberate in it's attempt to mislead. Legally according to title 8 of the U.S. code it would be illegal for any employer to hire them. So where is the ROI to the taxpayer? Even after graduation they are still unemployable , LEGALLY, and that is how it should be.
