The 15 largest donors to Texas politicians and PACs gave a total of $4.7 million in the first six months of 2011, according to a Texas Tribune analysis of Texas Ethics Commission filings. The biggest beneficiary of their largesse: the Texans for Lawsuit Reform Political Action Committee.
Eleven of the top 15 were individuals or families, many of whom directed the bulk of their generosity to TLR. Simmons also made the single largest contribution: $500 ...

Looks like Simmons gave more to TLR than George Soros gave the Texas Tribune.

Here in Texas we have the best government money can buy and we don't have to worry about voter fraud anymore. I just wish some of that money would find its way to our schools, hospitals, parks, libraries, public transportation and utilities....

Fellow Texans, Democrats and Republicans seek the lobbies to fund their campaign to be elected to office; to day what we are witnessing is a whole sale of our American principles and our Constitution, because this system of financing elections, the candidates become prostitutes that sale their vote to benefit the promoters of their job security.
This system of financing the election of candidates for office is the base of this culture of corruption at all levels of Government, this system give control of our government to the lobbies of the multinational corporations, the financial system and the special interests; this system void the voice of the majority of the American people, that are to busy working to make a living, and to poor to contribute to the candidate of their choice; as consequence they are manipulate by news media and the foot workers of the candidates promoters, that are paid with money supply by the ones that will control the elected official.
The truth is, that in this United States; those of us without millions of dollars to spend on political campaigns are, in effect, silenced by the lobbies of corporate CEOs and the special interest that speak through the corrupt news media and push for the elections of the puppets that will obey them and work for them.
Fellow Texans, we need to think outside the box and be creative, we can do a better job than the Big Corporations and big money expenders, we must not let the multinational corporations and special interest lobbies that spend unlimited amounts of money to drown out our voice and the voices of real people.
Fellow Texans, we don’t have unlimited money; but we have the will to change this corrupt system of Government. We must use the Internet, all over the country, people are using Face book, Twitter, Google and other social media networks, we must ask people to join the tea party to change this corrupt government, the more people who participate, the more attention we will generate to show our frustration with the Washington corrupt politicians and the corrupting influence of money in politics.
Fellow Texans, we must work for our country we need you to help us amplify the message so the government, the media and the corporate interests know that We, the People, oppose the corporate takeover of our elections.

It has recently come to light that the SOE Corporation based in Tampa, FL was purchased by the Spanish online voting company SKYTL. SOE was the largest vote processing corporation in the United States; recording, counting and reporting the votes in 26 American States. This encompasses 900 total jurisdictions across the nation. SKYTL is based in Spain, which means the votes in the 2012 Presidential election will now be counted in a foreign country.
Simply stated, our votes will now be routed to a centralized, privately held server in Barcelona, Spain where the opportunity exists to alter the outcome of the election in Barack Obama's favor. The CEO of SKYTL, Pere Valles, is a known Socialist who resided in Illinois during Barack Obama's tenure as a United States Senator and donated heavily to his 2008 election campaign.
Our military overseas will again be disenfranchised as they will be voting online and SKYTL will control the method of voting.
The stage has been set for unimaginable voter fraud as there will be no paper ballots and, thus, no way for the voting public to authenticate who actually cast the votes or the count.
We, the citizens of TEXAS, demand that you as our United States elected official representing the State of Florida stand up and not only loudly denounce this fraud being perpetrated on the American people, but effectively stop it. Our future and the future of our Country hangs in the balance.
Remember Obama's statement to Medvedev, "After my election". Apparently he is supremely confidant everything is firmly in place to make that a reality.
