Fellow Americans how much abuse, betrayal and violation of our constitutional rights are we going to take from Obama, Erick Holder, Janet Napolitano, The US Dept. Of Justice and this corrupt Administration.
Texans must sue Obama and the US Dept of Justice for refusing to protect Texans and their property. It is the Obama administration and the Us Dept. of justice responsibility to defend our sovereignty, our Constitution and enforce our laws to protect the American people. This corrupt government misused our constitution and our laws to betray us and strip us of our rights, this miscarriage of justice reinforce the open border agenda of this corrupt government that refused to protect the American people from the invasion of millions of illegal aliens that are destroying our country and bankrupting our states. OBAMA, THE PRO-AMNESTY WASHINGTON POLITICIANS AND, “LA RAZA, MALDEF, MECHA, LULA , THE NATIONAL HISPANIC LEADERSHIP, THE CORRUPT NEWS MEDIA THAT REFUSED TO INFORM THE AMERICAN PEOPLE OF THE TRUTH ON THE INVASION OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARE A THREAT TO OUR COUNTRY.
The invasion continue and we must stop it, to protect our country and save the lives of the thousand of people that want to enter our country illegally.
This is the truth.

Enforce our immigration Laws.
Congress, as the lawmaking body under the U.S. Constitution, should hold Obama and his Administration accountable for failing to execute the laws that the legislature has passed and must enact meaningful immigration reforms that do not make the program worse, such as an amnesty that would only incentivize further illegal immigration. Such reforms would include:
Enforcing all immigration laws including E-verified.
Building the fence and Secure the border.
Reforming the Visa system and Tourist visas to 2 month max.
Stop the mass political asylum.
Stop State and Cities sanctuary policy to illegal aliens, by given US citizens the right to sue the state and city for damage to life and property by crimes commit by the illegal aliens.
Working with Mexico and Latin American on key economic development initiatives and reforms to form a win-win trade policies to end the exploitation of labor.
The First Step: is “Enforcement”
To truly solve the illegal immigration problem, Every State in the Union and the U.S. Government must take a critical first step: enforcing existing immigration laws, build the fence and secure our borders and port of entry.
Illegal aliens take our jobs, they work for less wages than Americans, this lower the income of Americans and created American citizens unemployment. Obama must act to protect the economic and welfare of the American people and stop this invasion of illegal aliens and the making of hard working Americans economic slaves.

It has occured to you as you wrote this story that the economy; the budget problems facing TX and the rest of the states (except 2) plus the feds have a great deal to do with illegal immigration? When you add up all the costs including their babies born here due to the 14th; it adds up to billions of uncompensated care and help that this country on the national and state levels has been paying for too long and now not only dont we have the money to run but dont have money for infrastructure, to get back on our feet, to grow the economy, etc.
This country needs to get rid of all illegals, change the 14th and mandate e verify for all work including independent contract work and for all workers including those on the books now so we not only weed out all illegals working but stop them from working in the future; take away incentives for them to be here; etc.
David Spratt
All but two of the issues polled , ( gas prices and political corruption), have a direct correlation to the Illegal Immigrant problem here in Texas. The relationship between them all is apparent to all but those who refuse to see it. As it all boils down to money or lack of it. One problem is the treatment of them as separate and non related. The overwhelming conclusion is that illegal Immigrants are a net drain on the economy. Oh , I know there will be those who will say, " they contribute more than they consume. They are valuable to our economy." They will say I do not know what I am talking about and within the first sentence I will be called a race bait er and racist. No facts , figures, or informed debate will follow. It will be assumed I am the one ill informed and posting racist propaganda. They will never even consider these FACTS to be true. Columbus sailed to the new world in the belief the world was flat. When it was widely accepted to nearly all but the Europeans, that in fact the earth was round. This was a well known concept and accepted for thousand of years. The analogy here is apparent. By addressing One aspect of this list positive effects would naturally be had on all of them. No one has any empirical proof of any negative effects beyond the purely emotional aspects of the debate. They argument that they are valuable members of our society simply lack any facts or data that support this. If they are such valuable individuals , then why do their own countries not want them or demand their return? While I applaud those who can afford compassion and understanding, compassion and understanding will not put a roof over my families head nor will it put food on their table.Emotions will not pay down our national debt nor will it solve our state budget shortfall. Practical approaches and measures that will bring results are what are needed. Emotions and feelings will not get us to where we need to be. After all it really remains a matter of law, which to my understanding of it does not include "feelings", as a legitimate consideration relating to whether or not the law will be enforced

Exactly David Spratt. TX according to the figures we have seen has over 1 million illegals living in it. You take them away and all the cost associated with them and you wouldnt have a deficit.
They arent even grateful for what the taxpayers of this country have given them and continue to ask / demand more and more while many legal citizens are struggling.
Its a shame you allow instate tuition and also scholarships to go to illegals. Our state does not allow instate but dont know about scholarships. One illegal kid who graduated this year; told our local tv station; he is writing to Obama as he cant afford to go to college.
David Spratt
UH, Jm you might want to check that again. Texas does award money to Illegals. Think Heather Hays did a story and interviewed an Illegal a while back on that. He was getting State funds. As well Texas does have instate tuition for Illegals. Over 12,000 attended technical schools State and community colleges in 2009 . Source Dallas Morning news March 15 2010

Mr Spratt:
You meant TX. We dont live in TX. We live in CO and we just defeated instate in our state this session. That was a fight but the GOP here did the right thing.
We know you give scholarship money to illegals too as we too saw the same story. Not sure CO does. We do not allow them to get the money given to all legal high school kids who graduate from a CO HS to go to college in CO and they dont qualify for aid either.
That kid we were talking about was in an interview with channel 7 TV; here in Denver. You can google it.
David Spratt
Very good for CO. I have family there as well as NB. Very nice state glad to hear some are protecting it. We have just a few Here that seem to be afraid to anger Hispanics. Not really sure they understand Legal Hispanics are American Citizens and Illegals do not vote therefore their opinions do not count.

The 1986 (ICRA) Amnesty cost taxpayers 76 billion dollars. A new immigration reorganization package will outlay a phenomenal dollar figure, which comes out your pockets. Just in one selected year at the federal level, illegal immigrant’s expenditures were $113 billion dollars according to FAIR. Even scarier is supporting the illegal alien household that has already settled in America? It’s just a matter of time before refugees begin migrating from Arizona and other hardened states, to outlying states where policing laws have been rejected by pro-illegal immigrant lawmakers. Those states that have designed their immigration policing laws analogous to Arizona, will not regret it in the long run--economically. Illegal immigrants will hesitate before moving, to less open States and instead head for Utah, California and Nevada that have got a well earned reputation as a sanctuary? Wisconsin, South Carolina should think of their citizens-legal residents, that if they don't take a restrictive route hundreds of thousands more economic unauthorized immigrants will head there.
California is already overrun with aliens that are aware that with Democrats the majority in Sacramento will keep on offering welfare benefits for votes. The California deficit is rising there, but politicians remain silent about the foreign occupation. The misguided Governor Brown would rather supplement billions of dollars to foreign national households, but instead has have sent out 30.000 pink slips to teachers. California has been branded as a sanctuary state and now in financial trouble. They have failed to author State-wide E-Verify and independently battling in Washington, to rebut the Secure Communities fingerprint law for all arrested individuals. Some say 12 million foreigners squatting here, but most non-profit sovereignty groups say it’s over 20 million and counting? Can we afford subsidizing the farming community anymore, as they pay nothing in benefits and small living wage? No health care and we pay their children's schooling.
Temporary Guest Worker programs are rampant with deceit, as all special visas for hires. It unquestionably makes no logical sense when 15 million Americans cannot find a job? We just cannot be the emergency room care or education privileges for the rest of humankind, anymore. Why in-state tuition for aliens, when we simply cannot afford to educate our own children at college level? That is morally wrong. This nation is held together by the glue of the "Rule of Law." This is what separates us from many dictatorships, with liberty, free expression and freedom. Today, more than ever this is slipping under corruption in Washington and at State level. The Tea Party is different, as it’s built on the power of all people without intolerance to religion, race or party affiliation. Our ultimate goal is to throw the tarnished and power hungry out of the Obama administration or any State capitol.
IT IS TIME TO RETURN THE POWER TO THE AMERICAN POPULATION AND RID OURSELVES OF SPECIAL INTEREST LOBBYISTS AND OPEN BORDER ZEALOTS. HELP YOUR COUNTRYMEN & WOMEN WITHOUT OF A JOB AND BECOME A "WHISTLE BLOWER."
The Tea Party will dissolve, merge and end forever our out of control government, returning empowerment to States. Taxes will not be exhausted; but will sever illegal immigrant benefits. The TEA PARTY will support politicians to kill or rescind the instant citizenship for babies of people with allegiance to other countries. A flat tax system will be enacted, to reduce corruption on higher levels of government. The Tea Party will return this country to fiscal responsibility, a TRUE FREE MARKET, not the fraudulent agreement we have with NAFTA and CAFTA, or worse still China. We are obligated to The Peoples Communist party for half of one trillion dollars and rising to pay our debt for inferior products we import. But most of all, we must build the real double layer fence from the Pacific to the Gulf of Mexico, to protect our national security from murdering terrorist, drug and people traffickers.
This can only be done with the full deployment of 5000 National Guardsman at the border. Our passionate nation offers free health care to everybody who crosses our border or overstays on an expired visa. Another major issue is foreigners voting in only-for-citizens election. This is no longer an isolated issue and States nationwide, need to enact stringent rules that includes showing picture ID to prove they are legally able to vote? Join the tens of millions in the Tea Party and also ply your representatives in Washington, State or even local level for answers? Tell them unless they join the TEA PARTY, they will be out of office in 2012.

ANDY what is so bigoted and racist about wanting to do something regarding illegal immigration? voter fraud? and sanctuary cities?
are you okay ANDY, with non citizens voting in elections?
are you okay, ANDY, knowing that the city of houston Lost 6 police officers in the last few years to illegals? Ask the widow of houston policeman Rodney Johnson how she feels knowing her husband was shot by an illegal who was deported but returned to the houston area and killed her husband, leaving their five kids with no dad
C Baker
Big difference between immigration and illegal immigration and this pole didn't make that distinction in its questions....
Kelsie Williams
That's the problem with Democrats....we are not talking about immigration....we are talking about ILLEGAL immigration. Until there are severe penalties, it will continue.
