Senate Votes $4 Billion From Rainy Day Fund for Deficit
The Texas Senate approved a $3.97 billion draw on the state's Rainy Day Fund to cover a deficit of the same size in the current budget, but not before rejecting efforts to add on a larger amount to help balance the 2012-13 budget.

Well of course they don't want to “totally balance the budget”, what would they do next year. What would they have to whine about? Attacking education, keeps them centered and on course. Promoting lower paying jobs. helps these Millionaire and Billionaires, to make the most bucks. Of course, with companies moving here, now realizing, there is noone to work for them, should be interesting, to see how they keep the companies in Texas.
