We are working very hard to stop the epidemic of parental alienation. It shouldn't hurt to be a child. To many children are suffering from this horrific act just because of divorce. Parents are using their own children as weapons to hurt the other parent. We must make parental alienation a crime punishable by law.http://www.gopetition.com/petition/40249.htmlAbolishonon

Mr. Straus IS the best man to serve as Speaker. He did an excellent job guiding the House through a diffcult session in 2009, and I have full faith he will do so again this year. He represents the average Texans, and this is exactly the sort of person we need as Speaker. He has a history of serving the state of Texas that can be matched by only a few, and I believe he will continue to make decisions that help the state prosper for decades to come.
