Ads Infinitum: Back to Basics on Stimulus Funds

Back to Basics PAC, the Gov. Rick Perry-attacking political action committee funded by Houston trial lawyer Steve Mostyn, released a television ad alleging that "Rick Perry thinks you're a sucker."
The 38-second spot notes that Perry, despite his anti-Washington rhetoric, requested and accepted billions of dollars in federal stimulus money.
Cliff Walker, executive director of Back to Basics, declined to say how much money was spent on the ad, but he said it is currently on the air in "unspecified markets" around the state.
