Ok so they admit the illegals are all breaking the law. And choose to ignore it. Is it just me or is the government confused? So I can break the law as long as it doesn't hurt anyone physically? I can go willy nilly and expect equal treatment right? The individuals who released the illegal immigrant list should use this as their defense , otherwise illegals are treated better than citizens.

The fear of immigrants and an unsecured border is ginned up by those not in power seeking to obtain the majority in Congress and the White House. It is blatant lying.

Mr. Abercrombie - Seems to me whatever Mr. Bersin said, you would have found fault with. He actually said that the administration is prioritizing criminal aliens. Law enforcement always has to have priorities because they never have unlimited resources to do everything they'd like to do. And if they did have unlimited resources, they could probably find a crime or two you've already committed. Most Americans have violated criminal laws and don't even know it. So pipe down. Illegals are not treated better than citizens - not in this US of A. "Illegals have it better than I do" - It's bull pucky as my grandfather would say.
